How it works

1. 1

   Book your pitch first

   Choose your accommodation, your nights, who is coming and any extras. You will see your total as you go, so you know exactly what the plan is spreading.

2. 2

   Choose monthly payments

   At the last step, pick Monthly payments instead of card or a single bank transfer, and choose anything from one to eight months. We show you the monthly amount before you confirm.

3. 3

   Set up a standing order

   We email you a booking reference and our bank details. Set up a standing order for the monthly amount and quote the reference every time, so we can match your payments.

4. 4

   Pay it off before the rally

   Your pitch is held while the plan is up to date. The full amount must be paid before the rally starts.

Good to know

• A payment plan holds the same pitch as paying in one go.
• The monthly amount is rounded up, so the final payment is often slightly smaller.
• Plans are paid by bank transfer, not by card. Card payment is for paying in full.
• The glamping bell tents are the most popular thing to spread the cost of, and the first to sell out.
